The best option for getting the most out of your treatment and feeling all the benefits of a full body massage. Swedish (soft tissue) massage with the option of adding deep tissue techniques on areas that need it, at no extra cost. Plenty of time working the legs, back, feet, shoulders, arms, hands, neck and face (if wanted)... Don’t worry if you don’t want a certain area worked on - the massage routine is customisable to suit you and your needs. We'll decide key areas to focus on, identify problem areas and decide which style of massage would suit you best when we chat beforehand. Add hot stones to your treatment for an additional £10 - please specify when booking. (New clients will require a free 15 minute consultation before treatment)
