Back & Shoulders (30 min)

Service Description

A short session purely devoted to your back, no other body parts. Swedish massage and, if you're after a slightly deeper treatment, some trigger point therapy to work on those stubborn knots commonly present in the upper back muscles. We'll decide key areas to focus on, identify problem areas and decide which style of massage would suit you best when we chat beforehand. (New clients will require a free 15 minute consultation before treatment)
