Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking for any reason, thats no problem - but please try to do so at least 48 hours in advance to give me a chance to fill your slot. Thanks!

Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule within 12 hours in advance of your appointment, I will request that you pay full price of your booking.
Lateness: If you are over 15 minutes late I will unfortunately need to cancel your appointment and will contact you to request that you pay the full price of your booking.
No-shows: If you don't show up to your appointment without letting me know, I will contact you to request that you pay the full price of your booking.

This includes illness, extreme weather, childcare, work or transport issues. Please plan ahead and cancel early if you're in doubt.

I don't like to do this but I hope you understand that this is my only income and I depend on these bookings.
